課程概述

The objectives of this course are to facilitate students of their understanding of principles and teaching methods of the medical education, focused in the contents, characteristics, roles and application, to acquire abilities of independent thinking and self development. The course contains lectures and discussions on various principles and teaching methods of medical education, their applications and impacts on medical behaviors, the merits, drawbacks and application of medical education methods, practical teaching skills and improvement of teaching efficacy. 

課程目標
1. to understand various principles and characteristics of medical education.
2. to understand the relationships of learning medical education principles and medial behaviors.
3. to understand the categories, specifications and applications of various medical education methods.
4. to acquire abilities for application of principles and teaching methods of medical education
5. to acquire acknowledge and executive competence to improve medical teaching
6. to be able to conduct in-depth and independent research in the field of medical education. 
課程要求
1. submit content and achievement of discussion courses by each topic.
2. demonstration of independent study on subjects selection, data collection, and presentation.
3. submit study portfolio by topics
s. final presentation
